I recently had the pleasure of staying at Woodpecker Lodge With Hot Tub, and I must say, it provided a solid balance of comfort and value, especially given its picturesque setting near York. Arriving there, I was welcomed with a warm smile from the staff - a little touch that sets a welcoming tone. The lodge itself boasts generous space, modern amenities, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. It felt like home, with a well-equipped kitchen that featured cookware and an electric kettle, perfect for any self-catering plans. Not to mention the spacious sitting area, ideal for kicking back after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub; it was kept immaculately clean and offered a relaxing end to our busy days. The heating system worked efficiently, warming the place up quickly, which was much appreciated during chilly evenings. The on-site bar/restaurant offered delicious meals as well, adding an extra layer of convenience. Given its location and offerings, I believe the financial investment is wise, especially for those keen on both a touch of luxury and value during their adventures in the area.
